Lifetime Brake Pad Policy

Effective Date: November 17, 2025

This policy explains the terms and conditions for the Lifetime Brake Pad Service offered by Denny’s Automotive and Muffler Center (“Denny’s Automotive”). It also outlines how this service delivers long-term value and peace of mind for your vehicle’s braking system.

1. Eligibility and Coverage

The Lifetime Brake Pad warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the qualifying brake service. It stays valid only while that purchaser remains the registered owner of the specific vehicle that received the service.

2. What Is Covered (The Warranty)

Denny’s Automotive provides replacement brake pads at no charge when the original Denny’s pads installed under this program wear down to 2mm of thickness. In addition, the package includes a 1-year warranty on labor, fluids, hardware, and any rotors replaced during the initial service.

3. What Is NOT Covered (Exclusions)

The Lifetime Brake Pad warranty does not cover the following:

• Installation Labor: The customer pays 100% of all labor costs required to install replacement brake pads.

• Rotor Replacement: The warranty covers pads only. It does not cover rotors, drums, calipers, brake fluid, hoses, hardware kits, master cylinders, or any other brake components.

• Related Maintenance: Any maintenance or repairs caused by abnormal wear, lack of maintenance, accidents, abuse, or improper vehicle use fall outside the warranty.

• Commercial Vehicles: The warranty applies only to personal passenger vehicles. It does not apply to commercial, fleet, or racing vehicles.

4. Claim Procedure and Conditions

To make a warranty claim for replacement pads, the customer must follow these steps:

Provide Proof of Purchase:
The original purchaser must show the original paid invoice that lists the Lifetime Brake Pad Service. Without this document, Denny’s Automotive cannot process the claim.

Bring the Vehicle for Inspection:
The customer must bring the vehicle to Denny’s Automotive for an inspection. A technician will confirm whether the brake pads meet the wear limit. After the inspection, Denny’s will make the final warranty determination.

Complete the Work at Denny’s:
Only Denny’s certified technicians can perform warranty replacement services. The customer cannot take the free pads elsewhere for installation.

5. Transferability

This warranty is non-transferable. It becomes void when the customer sells or transfers ownership of the covered vehicle. In short, only the original purchaser receives the benefits.

6. General Terms

Denny’s Automotive may modify or end this program at any time. However, the shop will continue to honor all lifetime warranties issued before any change. Customers remain protected under the terms in effect on their original purchase date.

By purchasing the Lifetime Brake Pad Service, the customer agrees to all terms and conditions listed above at Denny’s Automotive and Muffler Center.
